2 week mini goal set 1/22/13

Day 14

Woo hoo I did it! 14 days on plan! Well pretty much. I was a little over calories Friday and yesterday. But I am gonna go ahead and pat myself on the back! One of the things I forget most and can throw me off track completly is thinking I am perfect. Perfection is a disease that can kill from the inside out. I love me so I dont want to pleague myself with perfection. They very small overages wich total to 100 cals over for the week. So I am going to be happy in my triumph! :)

A few reminders for myself.

I can do it if I choose to. I am the biggest obstacle in my way. :)

Day 11 restart and counting...

Day 11

I got a little bit side tracked last night. I went over by about 30-50 cals. This is not the end.  Im not gonna act like its the end of the world either. Im actually patting myself on the back for an accomplishment and seeing actual growth in myself! I have been having "aunt flow" cravings all week! Last night, I finally gave in with one of those tiny cookie dough ice creams from dreyers. I ate it slowly and  enjoyed each bight but, what do you know half way through I was done. I really just wanted a little bit of something sweet how crazy is that. Was that me? I only ate half? Since when does that happen? lol But im doing good. Day 11 and just for today i want to choose to eat healthy and be a little better healthier me. We all have our moments right and that moment showed me growth. Lets just not over analyse it either. :) One more week and school starts Woohoo! I also had some delicous baked salmon with potatos and onions. It was delicous as well. :)

First three minigoals met 1-14-13

I met my first three minigoals!

I accomplished being on plan for 1 week and lost not 1 not 2 but 5lbs!!!! WoohoO! Im also feeling pretty great to.  I have been eating healtihier by just taking the small steps toward the natural foods I know I already love and introducing others im not to particular on but am acquiring a taste for. :) Hope all is well with everyone have a blessed day.

The best little snippet I heard all week: "I CAN HAVE WHATEVER I WANT. I JUST DONT WANT THAT!"

Restart 01-04-12 My 24th BDAY! :)

Getting back on the Health Wagon.

Well it happened. I fell off the wagon completly. In about 6months i have gained around 15lbs back.  I am back and I pray I am ready to start this up again. I had a stunning realization this morning when my pants would not zip! They are getting to small. (of course I forced)  I dont want to have to force it. I started eating healthy May 2011 because I wanted to be healthy and I wanted to feel healthy. I wanted to gain confidence and self esteem and feel beautiful. Through it all my Fiance' and family have been supportive.  But its time for me to get back on it. So Godwilling Im back and Im gonna do this tomorrow I will be weighing in, in the morning and I will be planning my day in food and excercizing at least 15min.
My First Restart mini goal is to stay on plan for 1 week no matter what comes my way. btw my Birthday is tomorrow to!

Also today I will be making an appointment with my doctor to prescribe me excercize and then I can pay for my membership with untaxed money. : ) Wich will affectivly save me 20-25% on gym bills.  : ) I am going to make an appointment with a nutritionist when I see my doctor as well.

2nd goal- lose 1lb forever-
3rd goal - on plan for 1 month-
4th goal - 10lbs lost-
